• Refunds are issued back in the form of Store Credit Only.

Criteria for Accepting Return Items Back

• Must have original tag still attached.

• No signs of being used, worn and washed. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. If your items do not qualify for store credit you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.  If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a Home that Shelters Women. 

• Shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to send the box back makes the shoe ineligible for returns. 

Exchange

    We do not issue exchanges. Simply because an item can sell out while it is being shipped back to us. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase that item in your correct size, communicate with us (whether it be through email, facebook, or even a small note on the invoice/packing slip) that you have purchased that item in your correct size and will be returning the wrong size. We will then issue you a refund for the wrong size item back into your payment method once we have received it.

Order Issues

• Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
• If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.  
• If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service department at support@lifeischic.com

Please do not send returns back with "signature required". If a signature required package is sent back and we are not here to receive it, we do not hold ourselves responsible for picking it up at the post office.
